In case you somehow missed it, the Chargers beat the Tenn. Titans in Sunday’s AFC wild-card playoff game. What does this mean you ask (clearly showing you do not follow football)? The Chargers continue on in the playoffs. Again, (if you’re not a football fan) you ask what this means? It means the Chargers are one step closer to the Super Bowl. Sure, it’s a mighty big step. Still, it’s been 13 years since the Chargers won a playoff game, so Sunday’s win is a big deal. If you don’t think so, ask last year’s coach who was fired after the Chargers failed to win a playoff game after enjoying a super successful season.
In case you wonder what’s next and somehow don’t already know the answer, it’s another football game. The Chargers play the Indianapolis Colts (led by Peyton Manning - the quarterback you see on every commerical for everything right now) next weekend. Chargers aren’t “supposed” to win that one. We’ll see…

1I’m expecting it to be a good game. The Colts should have never let the Titans even get to the playoff game against the Chargers. Maybe we’ll have to get some smack talk going across our two IsMyHome sites!
